"Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained." John 20:23
Repentance and reconciliation are essential to the message of Jesus while he was on earth. He traveled and preached the Good News of the Kingdom of God and forgiveness of sins. For Catholics, the sacrament of Reconciliation gives us the opportunity to celebrate the active presence of God's love and forgiveness.
Classes for First Reconciliation coincide with the classes for First Communion. These classes usually occur when a child is 7 years old or the age of reasoning. Classes can occur either in St. Boniface Catholic School or in our Parish Religious Education Program.
Individual Reconciliation times are Wednesdays at 5:00 pm and Saturdays at 3:00 pm. Communal services with individual reconciliation times are offered during Advent and Lent. You can also call the church office at 479-783-6711 to schedule a time.
